Noble Cortex is searching for a sharp, organized, operationally excellent, and strategically-minded Chief of Staff / Studio Operations Manager to work closely with our leadership team to ensure alignment, execution, and operational excellence across our investment firm and venture studio. This is not a traditional operations role—it’s a force multiplier position where you will translate strategy into action, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure that initiatives move forward with clarity, discipline, and momentum.

What You Will Do

Organizational Structure:

Report directly to Noble Cortex leadership, serving as a trusted partner to the executive team across all strategic and operational matters.
Collaborate regularly with CEOs, CTOs, COOs, founders-in-residence, and other senior stakeholders across our portfolio ventures.
Act as the central nervous system of the studio, ensuring information flows smoothly and teams stay aligned on priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Leadership Support
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, ensuring that vision becomes reality through disciplined execution.
- Track key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes across the firm and studio, maintaining clear visibility into what’s on track and what needs attention.
- Prepare briefings, updates, and decision-ready materials for leadership, enabling faster and better-informed decisions.
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address challenges before they become roadblocks, serving as a true thought partner.
- Manage the rhythm of leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are focused, discussions are productive, and follow-ups are completed.
Studio & Firm Operations
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, processes, and workflows, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our portfolio of AI ventures.
- Improve internal systems for planning, communication, and accountability, continuously raising the bar on operational excellence.
- Help design and maintain operating cadences, OKRs, and reporting rhythms that keep teams focused and aligned.
- Build and maintain documentation, playbooks, and institutional knowledge that strengthen the studio over time.
- Ensure that our three-stage venture approach—idea validation, MVP development, and growth—is supported by efficient operational infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination across investment, product, operations, and portfolio teams, ensuring everyone is rowing in the same direction.
- Ensure alignment between partners, operators, founders, and external stakeholders through clear communication and proactive relationship management.
- Identify execution gaps, risks, and dependencies early and proactively address them before they impact outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration across our ventures—VoxrAI, AIBES, NeuroCommAI, CREDENCE, and others—ensuring best practices are shared and synergies are captured.
- Serve as a unifying point between leadership and internal teams, translating priorities into action and surfacing important information upward.
Project & Initiative Management
- Lead special projects and high-priority initiatives across ventures and the firm, driving complex efforts from inception to completion.
- Drive cross-functional execution from planning through delivery, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ensure deadlines are met and decisions are documented and communicated, creating accountability and transparency.
- Manage competing priorities with grace, helping the organization focus on what matters most at any given moment.
- Celebrate wins and foster a sense of achievement across the team as milestones are reached.
Portfolio & Venture Support
- Support onboarding and operational setup of new ventures and portfolio companies, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed from day one.
- Assist with hiring processes, vendor coordination, and external partnerships, helping ventures scale their teams and capabilities.
- Provide operational support to founders where needed, without becoming a bottleneck—empowering rather than controlling.
- Help prepare portfolio companies for fundraising, investor meetings, and strategic milestones through operational readiness.
- Contribute to our referral-driven venture selection process by supporting diligence and evaluation activities.
Security & Compliance
- Adhere to essential cybersecurity protocols, including secure logins, routine password changes, and protecting disclosed company information, ensuring a safe and secure environment across all ventures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and non-disclosure in all work, upholding a zero-tolerance policy for breaches to ensure trust and integrity.
- Help establish and maintain operational security practices across the portfolio, protecting sensitive information and intellectual property.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Startups or Venture Environments: If you have experience in startups, venture studios, VC firms, or high-growth companies, you’ll feel right at home with us! Your understanding of the ecosystem will be invaluable.
Familiarity with Venture Building: Experience with early-stage venture building and portfolio support will allow you to hit the ground running. Your background will help you contribute meaningfully from day one!

Travel Requirements:
